General Health & Wellness
Changing lifestyle habits has been shown to significantly improve health and well being. The Oregon Center for Applied Science, Inc., has developed a wide range of behavioral health interventions, including smoking cessation, increasing physical activity, decreasing dietary fat intake, and reducing stress. We have even created an interactive health risk appraisal to help people identify the lifestyle habits which create their greatest risks.
