The Oregon Center for Applied Science, Inc., located in lifestyle-rich Eugene, Oregon, is in search of a senior executive to guide its current and future operations and that of its wholly-owned marketing subsidiary.
ORCAS applies scientific knowledge and technological innovation to produce commercially successful products that effectively address real world problems in public health and education. ORCAS' multimedia programs apply state-of-the-art principles of behavior change and instructional design.
The President will provide leadership to position the company at the forefront of the industry, and will be responsible for business development and marketing strategies that ensure the successful commercialization of company products. The President is responsible for efficient company operations.
Requires experience in strategic business development, preferably in a health, software, or other technology-related field, coupled with the ability to develop and successfully communicate a corporate vision incorporating world-class research with profitability.
Requires an MBA and solid experience in a corporate leadership role with at least two years experience as a president or CEO of a successful business, or a comparable combination of education and business leadership experience.
